88 stumpjumper resto help

Bit of help please.
I've nearly finished my 88 stumpy rebuild but can't work out the cable routing. Can someone confirm the rear U brake cable runs down the centre of the frame and the front mech cable runs on the left as you sit on the bike.
Also what is the best angle to have the front canti's set at.
Oh and one last thing, I've lost the bottom seal under the bottom steering bearing, where can I get one, I cant seem to find one. (coz I'm dim :) )
Cheers.

Any pics of the bike? I've an 88' Stumpy Team frame to start renovating so I guess at some point I'll come across this same problem?

Dont take any notice of mine...it only had a 2-cable guide on it when those pics were taken!
They should run as follows....
Front mech - Left
U-brake - Middle
Rear mech - Left
This is all based on looking down on the frame, as if being ridden ;)

Thanks guys and Makster.
A big help there, I thought so so its nice to have confirmation.
I spotted the deliberate mistake in your post there Makster

:)

Any ideas on the steering bearing seal ?

Front mech pedals and set up and it should be a goer :D

Looks good

Glad you got the routing for the cables sorted.
Bike is looking really good. I'm sure you'll be well pleased with the way it rides.
You have great taste in Stumpies ;)

sweet, I like it.
Wish I could find some decent cream wall tires. I could have put my old wonder dawg ones back on but wanted new. Doesn't look quite right with black walls.
