80s muddy Fox courier

Hi, I recently picked up an 80s muddy Fox courier. Finally, local (isle of Wight) and in my size!
The paintwork is battered.
Can anyone tell me what paint it is please?
It seems to be white, with a shiny pearl or metallic in it that makes it pop.
I have started rubbing it down in places and the lacquer? Which is a bit yellowed, has come off to reveal white paint that seems to still have the shiny sparkle in it.
Also, another question whilst I'm here, the rear spacing seems to come up at 120mm. I'm guessing it should be 126mm?
I have everything to restore and complete this build apart from an original rear wheel and the right paint.
I won't paint the whole frame, but I'll paint the worst bits and try to blend it in, masking up the decals as I do so.

Ahhh I was having a think about how to sort out what looks like shotgun blasts to some of my road runner / mines chipped down to steel in places / how do you go about building up these bullet depth chips ???
