700c wheels and crankset?

i have finally got my son to like cycling and he has now asked to build a bike as a "school holiday project", superb a father and son job we can do!!
so i am looking for a set of wheels and a crankset? (im just starting to learn about bikes), just some to get us rolling so we dont want to buy mega money ones!
happy to collect from around hampton court area (molesey) as i have ibs so i cant travel to far.
or posted would be great.

i see they are for 9 speed, i think he wants to do 10 speed? 5 on the back wheel? i should have added that but didnt think :facepalm:
