WTF does MBUK Rim Radness Coefficient mean?

Coolness?

I've just read the test, and to be honest I won't waste anyone's time trying to explain it in full
Briefly it had something to do with rim weight over rim lateral strength/deflection when a 50lb weight was sat on the rim with it overhanging a table

Rad!

Re:

Drill some "speed holes" in your current rims, should save some weight (I wonder if drilling holes in the sidewalls would help cool the rims under braking?).

Anyone know the weight of Mavic MA40 MB rims??

Re:

Wide and tough as old boots - seriously impressed! Also a big fan of the 717, given them some serious grief without any complaint. NOS 230TiB split first ride

Ma40s were made in 26" x 20? too. I had a set for 20 years. Front was even radial laced with no problems.

B@$?€¥€D to get tyres on and off! If memory serves me 430g ish.

Would love another set if anybody knows of some good ones! Rear i wore through till collapse, front i then sold.....
