28 hole large flange fixed hub

Bit of long shot maybe, but I'm looking for a 28h large flange track hub. It needs to be ~115mm OLN (or be able to be respaced down to that) - it's for a Moulton so springing the frame out to 120 isn't an option unfortunately. Ideally also with a 3/8 axle, as a 10mm axle will be too fat for the dropouts.

Anyone got anything suitable sitting at the back of the shed?
