1998 Zaskar LE Seatpost

Does anyone on here have a 1998 frost blue Zaskar LE?
I’ve bought a frame and I can’t work out what size seatpost it needs.
I tried a 27.2 post from a 98 Zaskar but it was too big. I don’t know whether the 27.2 was too big, or if a previous owner used a smaller (wrong size) post and pulled the clamp in.
Can anyone confirm 100% what size post my frame needs?
If anyone has a nice post (Kore maybe) they will fit, I’d be interested.

Lots of folks said my '96 was 27.2, they were wrong. It was a 27.0

My 96 avalanche was a 27.2, but my 96 Zaskar has a 27.0

My Nov 94 Zaskar LE takes a 27.2mm so I would also suggest a 27mm is a good bet if 27.2 is too tight.

I’ve had 20-30 Zaskars and all have been 27.2. (Apart from the ones which people had used a wrong size post prior)
