few things to sort out this week:

new rear cassette
new chain
new gear cabes
new tires
possible new shifters as one wont tighten up, maybe its threaded itself.

i usually do, but want it tuned before i ride it. then i will see how i get on with it.

fitment seems spot on, so no need for a stem/post swap so thats a relief.

might keep the risers but tires are definetly being changed, dont have any spare foldables yet so on the lookout.

pedals are spares off my dekerf, will keep flats but more likely go for the same mag 12's the moots has.
