1998 Kona Hei Hei

Added bonus of not using the Rock shox Mag SL ti forks is that id get the most out of the bike then. I wouldn't be worried about abusing the refurbished forks.
Then I can take it off road and properly enjoy it as it's meant to be.

Just really not sure exactly what forks have the same visual impact as these though. I'm a fan of marzocchi z1/2's and some of the superfly forks.
Any suggestions from the RB massive would be appreciated 😉
Trying to think of a better suggestion than the Pace or the superfly. Was thinking about the early Magura/Rond forks as something a little bit left field and a google rabbit hole led me here!

They are good looking forks for sure. Could use them on the newly acquired rc200 I have.
I also like the appearance of FRM carbon forks.

How bizarre!!! That was my original choice way back before I even bought the frame. Great forks are white Bros. And the travel on most is appropriate for the Kona.
Good shout that man. A little expensive but I'll keep my eye out for some cheaper.
Only problem is that you don't see many come up for sale.

Great minds sir! Lovely looking forks!

I've been thinking the same, I really want to use the forks as they look ace! Wish it was a 94 hei hei. I'm going to have a search and see if I can come across some forks that jump out at me. May well end up keeping the SL ti forks back for a period frame.

Firstly I must say a beautiful frame and such a classy set of components too - the gold and sunset with the other choices make it shine.
Even though the gold forks really complement the era they’re for is apparent hence I agree that period correct forks would be ideal
Have you tried to source some gold and black FRM Airways? They’re really light and look lovely and would really compliment this. Something like these
