Thanks, I did have a search but couldn't see anywhere. I didn't know about CRC but it looks like they have the 100mm springs so I'll probably get the correct tools/oil and give the forks a service and plonk them in.

While you are at it, take the opportunity to tune the forks to your weight by choosing the right springs...

Also, when I pulled the bike up wouldn't it bang at the top since there would still be travel up there? Is there a replacement bumper 'thing' to reduce the overall travel that you know of?

Oh, I get it now. The links on the right show 185mm etc. I thought that was a different spring but it's probs uncompressed length.
