1997...ish Mount Vision Pro

Hi guys,
new guy here desperate for help and advice.
I have a 1997 Mount Vision Pro, with a replaced swingarm circa 98'/99'. Pictures attached for the mount point's.
I need an adapter to run an IS disc but can't find one. Has anyone dealt with this/seen this done before, or know anyone that can help? I don't want to go down the swap the swing arm route or new frame. I like and want to keep most of this bike as it was when I rode it 10 years ago. I just want decent discs, you know to stop and all.

wow, super quick, looks like what I need, but don't know where to find it or measurements either.
I must be having a Google drama at the moment.

Well turns out none of the 3 they had were correct. However managed to get hold of ATB Sales, they are sending one to Leisure Lakes Bury for Monday! Will pick it up fit and then post pics of my bike complete!
