Been away for a while from here (probably about 8 years!!) but just picked this up off a well known auction site...

Questions now are

Paint or leave?

What on earth is that thing on the rear shock - guessing some kind of air valve or the like

Where do I get some decals made

What stuff to hang off it!!

i outed this on here, i was going to have a bid but going by the measurements the seller gave i thought it may be too big for me. Glad its ended up on here though.

Decals you could try Gil @retrodecals, just type retrodecals in and you will find him.

I'm really partial to polished Al and from the images it looks to be in good shape. However, if you go the paint route, you might consider anodizing. I had a '98 Heckler frame anodized and it turned out great. Just a thought.

Getting there!

Always wanted a boulder but could never find a defiant or intrepid in the right size so this came up and I snapped it up

Went for the older style graphics on it too!

just a saddle and cables to get

front mech, cassette and chain on the way!

Will change the tyres out too

cannot wait to take her for a spin
