Frame has no cracks or dents

Yr approx 96 or 97

Some minor scratches but only very few.

Ok for 80-100mm forks

I have 32" inside leg and rode it comfortably with approx 7" of seatpost visible, so techncally it would fit you but I wouldnt like you to hold me to that - it depends on your riding position etc.

To answer some questions

Head tube inc headset cups measures 180mm

The forks I had on it had a 240mm steerer with a good few spacer on it.

Headset is for 1 1/8 steerers

Will post to Germany as long as postage and any insurance is covered by the buyer.
