Dawes? Carrera?
As Spud said, it's admirable that you have such a passion for one brand. But despite my guesses (just to play along!) it's surely a CB??
Come on Regan…. Of course it’s a CB… but which one? Not that many in 653

Hard ground and skinny tyres. 3 minutes.
Yeah all right, stop hitting with those negative waves man…. The sun’s out, I’m drinking wine & eating cheese, so say something more positive and righteous…

I can’t get past the moment I scrolled down to that mofo big arse saddle
It’s disturbed me :shock:
Besides I’m living in a neon world at the moment and blinded by my own creation - just hit the over kill button and built the bars up
I’m all ears for the story about the fixation with CB, I’ll even save you a Duff Beer just encase I’m underwhelmed by a tenuous connect like I once went to junior school with the owners daughter Cindy Butler and she was my first love - never got to ride her (obviously) so make do these days with bike bearing the family name!
Apologies for the above I’ve just shot two coats of 2k lacquer over the Trek and feel abit fuzzy headed :? , stinks like hell but smells of Parmer Violet sweets so misses shouldn’t complain
Hopefully getting to bake tyres tomorrow as she’s out all day !
The sofa this bike came with is bizarre, its like sitting on a space hopper! :shock:
Neon build is looking the nuts Spud, and that’s not the wine talking…
Story is one of family fighting, Pre-war, old school style in North East London (place of my birth). But beer does help it along… :facepalm: .
Tips from Mary Berry;
1. ALL WINDOWS must be open
2. Make sure you have a clear exit route to get them out of the house double quick
3. Stock up on air freshener
4. make sure your kitchen extractor fan/oven hood is operational before you start.
5. May the force of the Welsh wizard be with you…..
