I like the black/white rims. Bit like a rug with a deliberate mistake.

The only one still eating turkey is Arthur.

Had my last turkey sandwich on the beach, 0 degrees fun..

Re: IT’S A PACE JIM, BUT NOT AS WE KNOW IT…..

Not much has happened on the build front as we’ve had an unplanned addition to the Peachy crew...
young Dolly, a 12 week old Parson Russell (a long legged original version of the Jack Russell)
Puppy duties have been handed over to the teenagers (this seems to involve a lot of sleeping) whilst I’ve been charged with making the yard puppy proof...

Managed to get half hour free to fit the XT BB bearings, Crankset, pedals and the Shimano Pro carbon bars..

I thought fitting the Jimmy’s with the SlimPro Tubeless ready kit would be a 10 minute job, but with workshop so cold I’ve snapped a couple of tyre levers so I’ve brought the wheels and tyres indoors to hopefully warm them up enough to lever on. :?

Cheers, but I’m losing my patience with these tubeless tyres.... bloody things are ridiculous

I bought some big tyre levers from CRC and a tubeless pump a bit ago and it’s a doddle now

Do you have a link?

Once you get the tyres on do yourself a favour and try and remove them again. I fitted some Schwalbe G-Ones to my Enve M60 rims. First ride out got a puncture, no worries will fit a tube, except I couldn't get the bloody things back off again. I've been tinkering with bikes over 30 years and never once I have known a tyre to be so damn tight. Once I finally did manage to get them off, about 2 days later, I put Panaracers back on and they are fine to remove. Perhaps Schwalbe's come up a bit small, who knows. Worth checking as it could save a long walk and a lot of cursing.
