from your advise as you must know your stuff, should i bin the p7 or is it worth the cost of getting new forks and wheels and disc brakes,levers and gear shitters

Seriously though, these forks would complement your frame nicely, though not sure that the frame would take disc brakes, if that is the set up your after :?

Are the forks a plié of dog terd or are they ok? Don't want to fit anything that's totally shite

Would work fine with your Cantilever brakes.
The forks are a stunning example IMO (certainly no turds here), if they where 1 1/8th i would buy them, would be very surprised if still available now actually :roll:

are those forks still for sale, as I'm well interested? Just bought an Orange E3 Aluminium frame from Retrokona and he suggested these forks as a perfect match for the frame?
