1995 marin pine mountain

Re:

Its getting there isn't it.

The ritchey pads work fine, I've bought loads back when I first outed them.
Black bite hard and red seem ok too.

I've owned many 1995 marins but only found pine mountain and up
To be a proper step up. Light and nimble feel.

I will keep checking your updates. Cheers

Nearly 4 years have passed and the Marin has languished uncompleted in the garage.

Dug the old girl out got stuck in again.

Last job to attempt was relacing the wheels with new spokes.
My first attempt it must be said.

The saving grace was a purchase of a spoke tension tool and using Park Tools wheel tension app.
So easy to use and made the process relatively straightforward.

The front I managed to get within 15% limit and the rear within 20%.
The rims have seen better days and the rear needed a little tweak to get it to run true.
