Probably! Seatpost man has a way to get them out using bespoke tooling and his own undisclosed method - cheaper to pick up one of the higher end frames and use the forks/stem which was my plan: I picked up a Cinder Cone which is tatty, unbadged, but rides great with the non-Kona forks that it came with that it doesn't warrant 'wasting' the P2's on a restoration build hence passing on otherwise I'll start looking for another frame!
