Like it, just not loving the white Gripshift. Black would look a whole lot better.

Let's see if ppl change there mind AFTER I get the white flite gel flow on there too! :twisted:
 
I agree, this is an awesome build, and a bit of an inspiration for my McMahon unicorn build too,

personally I don't have a problem with the white grippies, and I think a white flite (and even some white tyres ;) ) will really set it apart.

Making we want a Merlin really badly now.... ;) :roll: :) :D
 
Finally got the white flite gel flow saddle and mounted! :cool:

That is a devastatingly handsome bike! Always loved Merlins and yours in such a nice build.
Extremely respectable weight too! Just awesome :cool:
 
some proper outdoor pics with saddles and pedals in place. :cool:

functional but i would say 85% complete. :(

still need to swap bb and crankset, get a replacement rear mech, and sort out a proper length steerer to use the bonty forks.

nice little finishing piece when this project is all done. not perfect as you can see, but i can't complain as it cost me nada. :D

can anyone suggest how to smooth out some of the creases? :?
