Looks like around £500 with shipping if sent to Fred to repair. There are people over here that can do repairs but look like they'd mend the crack rather than replace and it will discolour the section. Bound to be cheaper though (you'd think).
Not sure about the reducer with the EFC forks, not checked if standard crowns will fit the lowers, they do look different to the 3's I have here.
Never had a disc drive but they sound good, no idea how sturdy they are.
He has a bad back/neck hence the suspension frame but retro steel seem to have enough give, at least the Kona has. So may end up turning in to a paper weight and going for a HT
