usually i'm fairly quick and decisive to make a choice on parts. but in this case i struggled quite a bit, and with that a lot of procrastination… which now has left me with a hoard of rims. :facepalm: i should have just rebuilt the rear wheel with the replacement Mavic 230 SBP, but i truly wanted a dark coloured rim and luck would have it that a pair of TIB showed up at a reasonable price before I had done the deed. :roll:

yes, too many toys… not enough time to play with them all. ;)

i've re-laced the back wheel, though not tightened/trued/dished/stressed yet. i need to buy/make myself a dish alignment tool.

i have a truing stand. it's just not very useful in checking the dishing of the wheel. :p

i could use fork/frame but i want something a little more accurate and convenient.
