Option 1 would be Salsa. Option 2 is much cheaper and actually the spec on a magazine test of that bike: a silver Ritchey stem. I would swap the seatpost for a silver Nitto or classic Ritchey which is the same: better looking and more reliable than the Control Tech. Later on i would install a m900 group, maybe.
Edit: those m732 brake levers weigh a ton. Go w/ dia compe SS7 or SS5. Cantis would be 987 w/ yokozuna pads. Try to find suntour 8sp thumbies, lighter and smoother than shimano. Suntour xc pro front derr. I can´t stand flite saddles anymore but that´s a personal fit decision.
I just returned from riding it for a couple of hours. 15 miles of bike path, gravel and snowy grass trails. It’s really unbelievable how it rides. I don’t think I’ve ever ridden a titanium bicycle before, just feels different when it takes bumps. Feels fast and climbed great. First time riding the panaracer retro remake smoke dart set up too. Loved them.
