1991 Clockwork + Spare wheelset and assorted bits - Job lot.

Cat With No Tail

Dirt Disciple
So I have tried going retro, and it's just not for me I'm afraid. Older bikes are lovely to look at, but not right for what I need right now.
My loss is your gain though :D
Want rid of my clockwork, plus all the other bits and pieces I've accumulated to make way for my new bike.

I want £250 including P&P anywhere in UK for everything (may need to be sent in a couple of boxes).

Bike as it stands has the following spec:

Frame and Forks: 1991 Orange Clockwork
Chainset: Shimano LX
Mechs (F&R): Shimano Deore rear, suntour XC Pro front
Wheels: XT M732/730 36H hubs laced to Mavic M281 CD rims.
Tyres: Schwalbe Marathon and Marathon plus
Brakes: Deore V-Brakes with XT Levers
Shifters: Deore 7sp Rear and XC Pro Front Thumbies
Stem: Orange stalk 150mm
Post: X-Lite Matrix
Saddle: NOT INCLUDED IN SALE
Bars: Ritchey ForceLite
Grips: Posbikes Nitrile
Pedals: Wellgo

All gear and brake cables were replaced around 50miles ago. Also new chain at the same time (KMC Z51 anti-rust), with spare split-links.

Other stuff you get for your money:

Set of Mavic 321 rims on LX Hubs great condition, could to with re-tensioning.
Spare LX Cranks, drive side + Chainrings, no left hand arm. exact same model as the ones fitted.
Exotic Scandium flat bars 560mm (115g, just about the lightest you can buy)
Ritchey FD-6061T6 bars
Titec Stem (1 1/8")
1" to 1 1/8" converter
Seatpost, no brand as far as I can see, silver, well used.
New Shimano Bottom bracket (UN-54), un-opened
Race Face Prodigy stem (white, 150mm)
Spare cassette

I also have some Shimano PD-M520 pedals in white you can have if you want them.

Paintwork has seen better days in some places but the frame itself is in good condition, no knocks, cracks, or rust I've seen.

Hi,

Sorry to swoop like a vulture but if you decide to split I'll take the XT wheels and X-lite seatpost off your hands.

Regards
