How does it ride, I mean how does the rear suspension compare with say an AMP B3 or any single pivot swing arm suspension bike with like a Fox air shock of 92-93?

The SE familly are one of my more favorite bike. The first real mountain bike I bough 30 years ago. Not the better bike for riding, a bit big for me but I really wanted one.
No comparison with modern suspension bikes. The rear swingarm is lateraly floating and there’s contrast with the front bike which is very hard : big aluminum tubes and Pepperoni. But with a front RS1, the bike is really better, more homogeneous.
