1990 Specialized Hardrock Comp

Thanks for your comments guys. It's a largely unmolested example, and nearly everything the bike left the shop with is still intact. The exceptions being:

- the right-hand bar plug (now residing somewhere in Friston!);
- a small rip in the saddle (I suspect my younger daughter might have something to do with this);
- the circular plastic piece that sits between the rear sprocket cluster and the spokes (which I attempted to remove - not altogether successfully - in 1993).

This is how it looked after yesterday's exertions (I'd already scraped 50% of the mud off with a stick before putting it in the car):

Luckily, some nice person invented the pressure washer, and it's now back to looking pristine again. Stanmer Park awaits :)

once i've finished my '99 comp build, i'd like to hit Stanmer park :) let me know when you're thinking of heading up there - weekends only for me though :(
