Very similar, like most cup/cone style back then before the modern sealed cartridge style came in the early 90s.... . Isn’t the bb an early Shimano XT style one - the one with the loose (not caged) ball bearings?

The slanted drop out is a classic Ritchey feature. Don´t know of any other builder that welds a drop out in this position.BB holes are a bit smaller than a Hope, having compared side by side

It was the stem that made me think it must be pre-1992, as I think that's when they removed the hanger.Have you clocked the stem - interesting hanger on it.
It looks an awful lot like a "FD Comp racing stem".
Looking at the Ritchey advert - it could well have the original Vantage rims too - labeled with Wheelsmith sticker - that fits too
