Now that's the way it should be! All 1991 Attitudes that arrived to the LBS I worked in had that Avocet saddle. 1992 models came with Flite.

What's the secret for getting that "slammed" look with the MC1 stem? By "slammed", I mean getting the MC1 further into the head tube so that almost none of the painted quill part is showing. If you compare 24Pouce's stem to mine, you can see what I mean. Is it possible for me to push it further into the steerer to achieve a similar look?

I remove the painting on the hiden part of the stem. I couldn't put the stem lower when I bought the bike. There were not a lot of difference between the quill and the steerer diameter, and the very thick quality painting stopped the stem

But a klein original painting is not easy to remove ! . It's a very strong painting
