IMHO this seems a tad expensive as a starting point.

Hmm, he'd have been better setting the reserve at £399, at least then he'd get some bids in and could give someone a second chance offer. £399 start isn't going to get him anywhere I would imagine.

I watched that last DX/LX/Pace RC35 spec'd Clockwork go at just under £260, it'd had a respray but it was a nice looking bike.

Same as mine below - late '91/92. It was the new model with pencil stays etc + satin black was not available on the 'old' Clockwork.
