Well it's 68 shell and you'll want the smallest length of the correct length bottom bracket for your chainset. That depends on which XT one you have.
If it's period correct XT (M730) then you'll want the 122.5 length
If it the later XT M737 (compact rings from 1994+) then you'll want 107 length
If it's later then you'll need to say which model
