1990 Bob Weir/Grateful Dead Fisher

This bike was built by Tom Teesdale as a Fisher, painted by Prairie Prince and ridden by Bob Weir. We used 2 pictures of the original bike to try and re-create the original spec as closely as possible.

Can't say I'm a fan of the Dead's music but this bike is an impressive build. The detail in the paint is awesome. I'd hate to be the LBS mechanic that has to replace a bottom bracket or something down the road - I'd be so nervous that I'd nick it.

It's been ridden so there are some marks on it now. I always get nervous when we are assembling the new Mountain Goats with $1,000 paint jobs. We usually tells customers that we have a "one nick" rule when assembling a bike Gets them used to the idea!
