1988 Reflex (Easton) ALX89

I'll be a bit sad to see this bike go, but it'd also be a bit of a relief - I've become too scared of scratching the anodized aluminium! As a result, it hardly ever leaves the shed, which isn't much safer than the streets, to be honest.

The frame's in not-too-bad condition. There are some scuffs to the anodized tubes, the redness of the top tube has faded a bit, and some parts of the steel stays are showing some minor rust bubbling. None of it stops the bike from looking awesome!

Shimano Deore MT60 groupset (U Brake is MT61)
Biopace chain rings
Maillard hubs with Araya MT-25 Rims
26.8mm Odyssey Aerator seat post (with built-in pump)
Tioga T-Bone 1" stem (original was a Sakae, which I might replace it with)
Kalloy Uno handlebar
Charge Splashback 26x1.8" tyres
DMR V8 pedals (probably won't include them in a sale - they're brand new)

If you search the for sale section for reflex a frameset sold last year... Think about 70 quid. Full bike I reckon 130-50.

ooh - many Reflexes! I coulda sworn I'd searched the for sale forum. Guess not! :facepalm:

The one you mentioned was carbon-ish, but I found some ALX89/99s in there too. Looks like the frame's worth about 50 squids inc postage, so presumably about 100 complete..

hmmm.. worth bearing in mind.. kinda tempted to keep it, now.
