Thanks Ash, this has come apart and gone back together a lot easier than I hoped or expected. So far so good.

I have just ordered a suntour freewheel remover, as I didn't have one of those, so hopefully I can get that off, clean and back without drama.

Scored a minor own goal yesterday though, putting the handle bar grips and the pedals in the dishwasher.

Grips came out as new, but the pedals were stiff as anything. The are not easily serviceable, so had to remove the end caps and flush with wd40, then oil then repack with grease.

Spinning nicely now, and are clean, but the alloy is a bit dulled, don't know if they will last.

Never mind, pedals are more or less consumables at this level, so if I end up replacing, not the end of the world
