Hi,
My old Hillman is looking for a new home...
I bought it in late '88 from Hillman bikes in north Melbourne (http://home.vicnet.net.au/%7Ehillman/index.html) as a courier hack.
The bike is still pretty much original, apart from the handlebar and grips - the originals were cut very narrow for courier work, so they got replaced when the bike came back to the UK.
Note the bottom bracket rear brake, which is a brilliant idea, unless you enter any clay, in which case the rear wheel stops going round.
A good home is the important factor... though a small donation to the Malmesbury Bike Club social fund would be nice
Note - I'm in Malmesbury, but can get the bike to Bath or Windsor fairly easily.
Cheers, Mombee.
