Paul is right. The cable angle does look correct running parallel to the head tube, and besides, he doesn't have to adjust the brakes. The smoke paint by Harald is fire!

yes, one full length piece of cable housing from lever to rear derailleur.
it threads thru the internal cable routiing in the top tube.

i certainly am looking forward to tossing a leg over this one especially after so long a time.

i will also get a few more pictures when out. after the pain of dealing with
the front brakes all we wanted to do was go for a beer. so just a handful of
pictures were quickly snapped. it was brought to my attention the front tire
is on backwards. tires is good, in the haste i put the wheel on backwards.
