One rather nice Giordana Polylite Combine Jersey from around 1985 as won by Greg LeMond in the 1985 TdF.
This jersey is a little bit bobbled in places, has the odd age-related mark and the odd pull too, but doesn't detract from this being a fabulous old cycling top!
Size wise, I reckon that it's an XL and would suit someone of around a 40-42" chest and over 6ft tall. Exact sizes are: 21" armpit to armpit and 25.5" from the top of the zip to the hem.
£30 free post within the UK and add on £10 postage for elsewhere in the world.
