Sadly I think they've been OOS for a while.

Once stuff seems to go out of stock at Planet X, that seems to be it. They used to do the Nitto bullmoose, but alas no more. There are these:
https://bankruptbikeparts.co.uk/col...h-22-2mm-stem-original-triangle-design-v-rareNot as nice and pretty cheap looking (are MIG welded as opposed to TIG'd or brazed) but you might think they are OK? They have weird mix of stuff so worth having a look around their site.

Thanks for sharing. If I'm going to buy some new bars, I'm going to try and find some significantly wider than 600mm!

Agree! Especially on a bike of this period

Here we go! For now.

Have a lower stem and wider bar on the way, but really happy with how it's riding.

Maybe add some gears in the future... Let's wait and see.

As a short 5’ 7” / 170cm MTBer that is one seriously BIG bike!

New bar and stem are definitely an improvement. Have gone from 560mm to 665mm wide And it's about 100mm lower

Beautiful. The new cockpit looks much sportier. Will you be leaving it in that alley unlocked? Location?

I've heard the stories but never once been lucky enough to find a bike like that just leaning against a dumpster.
