Thanks. It is getting better, hardly any noise now. At first, my poor ears and all the local dogs and cats were suffering Be nice to be able to toe in the pads, oh wait happy 1974 I have a black TA which will have to do for the moment.

Brave having a full bottle of accolade..... The green, salty, sugary, pissy isotonic stuff took some getting used to lol. I doubt if it was worth the advertising page in Holdsworth Aids

Never tried it, think I won't bother I'm not an athlete, I just ride bikes for pleasure.
