Wanted 18 or 19” upright style ride frame & forks

On the look out for a frame and forks for my wife..something with a less aggressive, shorter toptune such as a low range specialized hardrock.

Seen this, would be perfect but put off by the stuck seat post. Got one recently which I ended up snapping and now need to melt it out
