That 700 gram SID does not actually work, internals are gone I think. So its a rigid fork.

I was thinking of doing that. As skinny rigid forks look odd on such fat tubed frames as my Trimble.

So,The owner is not skulking about round here anymore

Now we can say what we really think

If that weighs 14lbs,Then I am a size 8 swedish blonde

Is kermit smoking dope.......I always thought that he was on something.....and who done the animation.....nick park

The following seem very dodgey to me

Pedals 67g a pair!! More like each
Cables 38g my plastic outers weigh 90g
handlebars 92g, what has he done cut them in half!
Rims 748g a pair!! a very lightweight pair of rims are around 1600g
Chain 183g My KMC SL which i think is the lightest you can buy is 226g at 108 links.
Frame 1309g is it plastic???

I mean come on to buy a modern hardtail bike at 18LB you are looking at 5K
The innertubes and tyres on the bike would never handle riding over a pebble without getting a pinch punture.
I dont really believe it myself

As above....my klein is just over 18lbs and that cost me nearly 3k (over a long time though and an eigth of that was just the paint and the most expensive parts I bought second hand   )

If I bought the fork new and the wheels then it would have been close to 5k

this thread is usless without the target around     14lbs only gonna say one thing MY AR5E if that weight 19lbs id say yeah right nice try

it weights over 20lbs admit your desite
