11t or 12t

How can you tell whether a cassette lockring is 11t or 12t?

11t is smaller and a 12t is bigger!

If you use a 12t on an 11t cog then the lock ring will foul the chain, so the lock ring sould sit well in from the teeth of the cog

I'm selling a lockring and someone has asked if its a 11t or a 12t..

How can I find out what size it is?

It was used with an ss kit.

If it has Hyperdrive-C on it it 'compact' which is 11teeth.

6.68mm = 11 tooth
8mm = 12 tooth

Info pinched of TNT part on bikepro to save me getting out of bed yet again.

(oh no idea what the 8mm refers to though )

I've got a brand new chris king titanium lock ring in 12T I'd happily swap for a 11T (only chris king titanium, no others thanks)
