Swap 10 Speed cassette and Freehub for 9 speed

Due to my incompetence and realizing that trying to argue 10 is not better than 9 in this case with ebay, I have a CS-HG500-10 Tiagra in reasonable condition with a Shimano freehub ( Presume its a Tiagra) in good condition ( Looks worse in the photograph) bearings and pawls very clickety click.
I need a 9 speed setup with the older smaller size "drive lugs"

Take the freehub and cassette and give me a 9 speed cassette and freehub, please.

I also need some Hyperglide spacers if anyone has some as i seem to have got my 7 & 8 speed setups all in a muddle

I know it hasn't been a week but i am getting desperate, desperate enough to consider buying new stuff form the shop where all the tame bikes are held like prisoners on rails
