Wanted 1" quill stem and 27.2mm seatpost

As title. Stem iIdeally black with a cable noodle if possible. 0 or 10 degree, not too long.
And one / maybe two 27.2mm seaposts. Would love a ControlTech .
These are for a couple of early 90's american builds.
Whats around that people are willing to sell?

Tioga is NOS and would be £35 posted
Syncros is an early 1” noodle with wide bar clamp (no hole) and I’d have to check recent prices but likely £100 or more… Edit - had a look at prices and that’s a bit optimistic / high, can sort out if it’s your cup of tea.

The Syncros would be spot on if we can agree on a price.
