Wanted 1 inch quill stem, short as possible!

Looking for a stem as per the title. Ideally with a low/no rise.
Would consider anything from fillet brazed / high end to basic, any condition.
I am playing around with geometry hence open to all ideas.
Would ideally like cable noodle / roller / stop integrated.
