1:4 scale Ritchey P20, this is going to take a while...

Time to get jiggy with it.

The front triangle is sandwiched between two jigs. That's the bottom bracket shell at the top.

Then the jig used for cutting the chainstays clips in. Now I can drill the bottom bracket shell to let the hot air out when it is soldered.

A couple of holes later and we are ready to light the torch.

Now that you have determined the frame geometry and soldered your frame, you no longer need the much too large template. I will gladly take it off your hands and put it to another use.

I'm intrigued,
I can't imagine what "another use" might be.
