Wanted Black Spring for AMP Research F4 BLT

This is excellent news. I’ll need to remove the rounded bolts before I can take the green one off. Hoping to get that done in the next couple of weeks. I’ll send you a PM to make arrangements 🙂

    F4 BLT stuck/rounded bolt removal

It's a challenge I will have to take up as I'm determined to keep the fork. That's very helpful thank you. I'll see if I can source them from a better supplier.

    F4 BLT stuck/rounded bolt removal

Thank you for the tip. It's only two that are truly rounded. Don't like the sound of heads snapping, so might try tapping in a torx key before the easy outs.

    F4 BLT stuck/rounded bolt removal

I'll give it a go, though the easy outs seem like a cleaner way to do things. I didn't opt for ti ones in the end, as they were from the States and plenty pricey. Found a good chap on the AMP page on Facebook that has made/sourced some that he's selling in packs of 10. The all-in price is...

    F4 BLT stuck/rounded bolt removal

Yeah. I’ve been in similar situations and tried the above without much success. Just a bit unwilling to go down that road again as it never ends well. I’m probably in the wrong hobby in fairness 😂. Simple mechanics like servicing I can do, but this is a little specialist and just want to achieve...

    F4 BLT stuck/rounded bolt removal

I’ve recently acquired an AMP Research B4 with an F4 BLT fork and noticed that some of the o-rings that protect the bearings are perished. I’ve ordered those but the next problem is getting out the rounded bolt heads in order to replace them. These bolts are like butter and there are titanium...

Wanted Black Spring for AMP Research F4 BLT

I'm on the hunt for a secnd black spring for my F4 BLT. These are a smaller spring than F2 and F3 forks. I have a lightweight green spring to trade or happy to purchase. A slim chance of finding one I know, but this is the best place I can think of.

Wanted Charge spoon saddle in brown

The saddle looks brand new in fairness. I’d give the grips 8/10 though one of the grub screws to lock them on appears to be threaded 😕. I’ve gone for black Odi Tomacs and a Turbo Lite I had kicking around for now though I think it needs something a bit sleeker. Let me know what you have to...

Wanted Money waiting for a complete 90s steel bike in 19" or 20"

Thanks @digobike but already moved in a different direction. Everyone, thanks for your suggestions and recommendations, but I've now sourced a new whip. Completely different to what I had originally planned, but I've always had a soft spot for them. Consider this case closed!

Wanted Charge spoon saddle in brown

God knows. That’s why I thought a trade might be good. It should be arriving next week, so I’ll take some pictures and then we can open up a discussion as not sure what the condition is on them yet. The bike has come from a collection so it’s in good nick.

Wanted Charge spoon saddle in brown

Still on the hunt? I've just bought an AMP B4 which has one of these on, along with matching Onza Ules. Just waiting for it to arrive next week. I'm not really a fan of the brown, so would happily trade or swap for a black saddle if you have any? Can let the grips go too if you need them as I...

Wanted Money waiting for a complete 90s steel bike in 19" or 20"

As per the advice of @greencat and @Tootyred I've put together some more specifics which help might guide anyone thinking about selling. Sizing needs to be rideable, so can't really consider anything under 19" centre to top. If someone also wants to consider a deal of cash and a 2016 Commencal...

Yeah. Not sure that much though and hate to lowball. If it doesn’t sell and I don’t find something in the meantime I might chance my arm though as they are a great bike.

Wanted Money waiting for a complete 90s steel bike in 19" or 20"

A Clockwork was my first proper mountain bike so do love an Orange, but not really what I’m after this time around. Thanks for taking the time out though. It’s always good to see so much time and effort put into keeping these bikes going!

The Dekerf is out of my price range, as beautiful as it is. The Lightning is nice, but the spec is probably not quite what I’m after. Thanks though!

That’s what I’m hoping. I’d be happy with either to be honest and something hopefully period correct.
