    Maybe it is also possible to make a shim out of sst tubing. I made one out of aluminum with a wall thickness of 0.6mm. So with SST - or if you can find with titanium - I see a chance that it can be machined on a lathe. Her two Pictures of the shims I produced for my SBike Dayona:

    Maybe you should change the copper by SST. This combination of materials most likely will lead to corrosion as soon as it gets in contact with water. Or you change the seatpost. I had the same size problem with my Marin but finally found a syncros post in 27.4. And Thomson is still building...

    Most likely a Park Pre Pro Elite. Can you Show the other side? Especially the cable routing at the seatpost.
