    heres some info you might need for bike lights.... Halogen advantages - cost can be very bright (at cost of weight and runtime) most preffer the white/yellow tint when batteries are full very simple to make DIY unit...

    dont get too hung up about "watts" all that means is the power used but if 90% of that is making heat then whats the point remember led is 4 times more efficiant than overvolted halogen (12w led is the same as 50w halogen) the number you want to look at is "lumens" although manufactures...

    old derailures doing your head in, bike a little heavier than you would like tip remove gears so there is just one left! sheds pounds off your bike and ends up very smooth and quiet and looks nicer too

    ive had a look and ive got one! like i said the teeth are pretty low, its ramped for shifting and its a cheep stamped one - but on the good side there isnt much wear and its nice and clean send me an address and ill post it off to you Alex

    i might have one - ill have a look tonight - the cassettes i have are already apart so it would just be the cog if i have it (and there already clean) bear in mind that the cassette cogs have low teeth which isn't ideal for single speed ill keep you posted Alex

    powder coating is also a very good option as long as you strip the frame well (or you get it sand / media blasted) my local powder coaters will do a frame and forks for £25 its tough and is far superior in finish than anything you can do with a rattle can Alex

    i was into trials and jumping for a while and then got retro well i "got kona" at one point i ran the retros for commute and the other bikes for fun but ive give up trials/jump now and just use the one bike for everything i also had a marin and a dmr sidekick but i cant find pics...
