Is that triple butted or plain gauge? Triple butted usually have TB stamped on the lower part of the steerer.

No cage. Too much of the "mud" that inevitably gathers on the drinking bottle has passed through a cow or a deer. Bit off-putting. Bottle in the backpack.

What do we think about frame size? Maybe a 19"? These early ones were sized by measuring from the top (not centre) of the bottom bracket to top of top tube. My '92 Explosif pro in the pic below is 18" from top to top. I'm thinking the head tube on the one you are interested in looks slightly...
