i have attached some pictures. The tubing is 2125 if both the lugs and the tubes are titanium could these not be welded?[/img]

I have noticed the paint around the joint at the top of the down tube and head has cracked and worried the joint is becoming loose. Although cannot see any movement, is there any way of getting this checked and repaired if required.
