    Rockshox Judy rebuilding questions.

Pictures... The last pic of the Judy XC parts is the project really, enough good condition and NOS parts to built one really clean fork. Probably try to build one more beater from the parts and get rid of the rest.

    Rockshox Judy rebuilding questions.

Okay, but as long as the cartridge rod and dummy rod are the same length I'm good?

    Rockshox Judy rebuilding questions.

Actually have a bunch of Mag seal/rebuild kits and legs/braces/crowns, but no stanchions/internals. 28mm seals and foam rings seem slightly harder to find for me. The oil seals are pretty much impossible to find it seems, I've come across maybe one set in the whole internet.

    Rockshox Judy rebuilding questions.

Do you know the proper length dummy rod assembly for a 63mm Judy XC?

    Rockshox Judy rebuilding questions.

I have a pretty good choice of cartridges in 63mm. Came across a giant pile of parts and now have a Risse, White Brothers and several aluminum Rockshox carts to chose from. Leaning towards the Risse as they still exist, no reply from them yet about rebuild parts though. The coil spring...

    Rockshox Judy rebuilding questions.

I've a bunch of dumb Judy questions if anyone can help. Thanks in advance. Couldn't quite find the information in some of the older threads on Judy forks, and it doesn't help half the pictures have evaporated recently. After sorting through a giant pile of Rockshox parts and splitting it into...

    AMP Research research

Came across some AMP stuff recently. Can't quite figure out what's going on with this rear shock. No valve sticking out, it it just sheared off and broken? Also found a giant box of those TWP braces in both flavors.

    Kona Impact headset

I've got a couple NOS in 1-1/8". Maybe some parts but I think those are 1".

    Mavic Bottom Bracket adjustment

Re: Used to have the Mavic tool kit, the notched spanners are a little different than a standard one with one hook. Here is what they look like:

Shimano Deore LX 8 Speed shifters SL-M569 problem!

Those might be one of the models that jams if you put any pressure on the gear indicator. I forget the specific model but it was really common with riser bars. You could slide the shifter in far enough that it made contact with the bend in the bar.

canti springs from XT/DX low-pro brakes

Ran into this same problem with a lot of canti parts recently. A couple brakes have the spindly springs, thinner and maybe a coil or two extra. The plastic spring retainers also had smaller holes that only worked with those springs.

    XC-Pro bits anyone?

I've quite a few Suntour cassettes, 7 and 8spd. One built wheel with an XC pro 8spd hub with used cassette as well. Plus a couple busted 7spd hubs for parts. Think maybe one rear thumb shifter left too, and another set of thumbies but don't have the XC pro label. Located in the US if that helps.

    Single speed ghetto style

Get a steel Shimano DX (DXR?) bmx cog, they are super cheap and honestly work better than the fancy Chris King cogs.

'97 Marzocchi Z-1 arch or aftermarket replacement.

Looking for an original Marzocchi Z-1 arch, one of the ones with very little material removed. like this: https://images.duckduckgo.com/iu/?u=htt ... 90.jpg&f=1 Also would consider an aftermarket Blackspire, Envy(Envy?) or BETD arch with extra tire clearance. Located in the US but just an...

    Cannondale Fatty internal parts

These guys seem to have a huge stash of Cannondale fork parts, mostly bearings/races and lefty stuff at this point though: http://www.bikewagon.com/part/forks/shopby/cannondale I have a few random internal parts, no complete cartridges or anything. You would have to know what exactly you were...

Somebody know this Bomber Tube Type?

For some reason I really want to find one of those early arches with very little machining, it just looks better on the Z-1.

Somebody know this Bomber Tube Type?

Not to thread derail but what made an atom bomb different than a regular Z-2 if not for the lighter lowers? Have you ever come across any catalogs or brochures for those first couple years instead of just the repair manuals? I feel like I've seen every combination of lower/arch/uppers at this...

Somebody know this Bomber Tube Type?

I would guess just a regular old Z-2, an early one '97 maybe. The one early Z-2 I handled had that same smooth transition from the dropout. Most of the Z-2 atom bomb forks I've seen have a distinctive step in the tube at the dropout where the tube was presumably machined down to make it...

    26" Salsa Cromoto NEEDED!!!

Still need to go pull the fork out of storage but I found a picture I had taken awhile ago. Ignore the other forks, it's second from the left.
