    Mint British Eagle 531 hybrid

BoTM Bike of The Month January 2024 - now taking entries

"Huskydinobomber’s 1983 Stumpjumper" is surely the "winner" for the fork crown and the 'bars alone! Love it.

97 Kona - replacing suspension fork with rigid

^ Mine came to me with SIDs. They are actually a "good idea" for my arthritic hands and fingers, but rigids (of the right length!) can look so much better!

97 Kona - replacing suspension fork with rigid

97 Kona - replacing suspension fork with rigid

I've been considering the same issue with my '97 Kileaua for some time! The SIDs are near enough 440 a2c and I have NOS P2s at 410. The uncut steerer is just what I need to get the upright ride suited to my aging back! If you go with 410s I'd like to see/read the results?

    Expensive, possibly optimistic, but lovely.

Finding photos and posting takes up valuable riding and spannering time!

Folders! Foldable bicycles, minivelos and demontables

I am, I hope, not usually so conventional, but if want a folder, Brompton still out front. Mine looked really quite small on Aberdeen to Lerwick ferry....

For @Woz: Any chance you could post a picture of that? Suggest a neutral space, like the Bikewrenchers Inn :)

The Rotrax was the best of the oldies, apart from the Unknown one! The Ti On One s/s cyclo Xer was however THE best!
